1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.


2. Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on eligible orders.

Express Shipping

We also offer Express Shipping for faster delivery.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2 business days

Express Shipping is available for a fixed fee of $15 USD.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Selected international countries

Shipping availability may vary depending on destination restrictions and carrier availability.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the package when necessary.


5. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

Grateful is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

  • Returned orders may be subject to reshipping fees

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Grateful is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Reach out to our support team for assistance

We will do our best to help investigate the issue.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund


9. International Shipping

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Import taxes

  • VAT charges

  • Additional local fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
